Services Models

Non Agriculture Interventions

This model focuses on the economic empowerment of women. The program provides vocational training and establishes community-based enterprises like small shops, pushcarts, sewing machines, donkey carts, plumbing & electrician tool kits, Quingqi rickshaws, labor in irrigation channels, culverts, water ponds, flood-protection walls etc, to uplift the socio-economic status of vulnerable groups. The aim is to enable financial self-reliance, skills and social security for women.

This year 45,294 beneficiaries received PKR 857 million as conditional grants in non-agriculture areas.
